Mr Start is a renowned Shoreditch tailor specialising in contemporary designs for both men and women, alongside a growing offering of casualwear and accessories.
Challenge
The Mr Start brand offering was fractured and inconsistent. We were tasked with aligning the brand through all the customer touch points and refining the brand experience both on-line and offline.
Insight
Analysing the current brand presence in department store concessions, versus its competitors, we established a focused direction for Mr Start and presented a phased proposal to define and streamline the brand offering.
Delivery
We aligned the brand by designing a suite of customer-based touch points to create a fluid customer brand journey which included: new hang tags, hangers, bags, lookbooks and fashion show invitations.
